Your Website - TrackMy.com automates all
of your website needs. All of your company listings appear on your website
automatically, your agent list is also automatic. In most markets, when a
listing is posted to the MLS, it appears on your website within an hour.
Also, as agents join your organization, they are automatically listed on your
site and already have their own fully functional website. |

Since TrackMy.com is a DATA company, and not just a website company, we make
the Internet/website experience very easy for you. We ensure that all of
your agents have websites that are fully functional, and we ensure that your
listings are current. This is also a beneficial recruiting tool. Many of our
brokers entice their prospective agents with all of the technological
features we provide. Your corporate website also contains HomeSearch™

Intranet - Easy internal communication
with all of your agents. Our Intranet is accessible from any computer and is
very simple to use. |

What is on your Intranet is up to you. We work with Brokers to create an
Intranet that really works. Your Intranet is tailored to fit your needs and
wants. Some features that are common to all Intranets include: Interactive
floor schedules, interactive hotsheets for buyers and for properties, Event
schedules, Latest News, Preferred partners lists, and interactive
organizational charts. Brokers with more than one office can quickly and
effectively announce the latest news, events, and policies and procedures.

Electronic Automatic Response System (EARS)/HomeSearch™ -
Along with HomeSearch™ (described below), you
have the ability to create and manage an automatic response system. This
system sends follow-up emails to all broker levels leads, and therefore,
weeds out actual buyers from all registered buyers. |

Brokers usually receive hundreds of leads each month from their website
(please read HomeSearch™ below). With EARS, you can create automatic
response emails that are sent to each registrant at predefined time periods.
These emails are completely customizable by you, and the responses are sent
to a particular email address. These responses are REAL leads. You can then
use TrackMy.com to assign that lead to a particular agent and track the

TrackMy.com Administration - If your
agents are using TrackMy.com, you have access to all of your listings and
the features, photos, and tours for each as they are presented on your
website. You also have access to all of your agents information, such as,
photo, email address, and website content. |

The Administration section of TrackMy.com gives you the ability to:
- Maintain your current agents, modify information about the agent,
upload photos and maintain basic listing data for the agent
- Maintain your office listings, upload photos, add virtual tours, and
enhance the listing for viewing on the web.
- Maintain the list of buyer and sellers prospects that registered at
your site, modify contact information, modify search criteria, view search
results, and delete contacts.
- Maintain office information, such as managers, etc.
- Maintain office Intranet, create email messages to broadcast to all
agents, and modify personal preferences.

HomeSearch™ - Save countless hours a week,
let HomeSearch™ handle the task of searching the MLS for listings that match
your prospect's needs and deliver them to you and your prospect
automatically. |

Buyers can add themselves to the system directly from your website or you
can add them through the product. Every day around 5:00 pm, they will
receive color flyers that include pictures, virtual tours, maps, school
information, mortgage calculators, and your contact information, for every
new property that hits the market and falls into their search parameters.
You receive a copy of each email that is sent to the buyer, and you can
modify their search using MLS fields such as Thomas Guide, Area Code, and
feature codes. We DO NOT send attachments, the daily emails simply contain
links to each property flyer and the system is compatible with most every
email program. Your buyers will never have outdated information. If a
property has been sold since the last email was sent, for example, the email
will read "This property is no longer on the market". We also send a
property again, if there has been a price change. Our information is updated
more often than other service and you can rest assured that your buyers are
receiving the latest property information. We recently added the ability to
place sellers into your system. You can place past clients (potential
sellers) into the system and we will send them the latest SOLD listings in
their neighborhood. They can then watch the market, and if they decide to
sell… they have YOU as their immediate contact person. This is a great way
to follow up with past clients.

than other companies - every hour. Also, when a buyer searches your website,

information automatically - Real Time Property Data. Once you list a home on
